The entire Byrider staff is amazing, friendly, and caring. Coto worked with me one on one to get approved and find the PERFECT car for me. He was patient and HONEST, and stayed late to make sure I drove off the lot happy. I can't say enough about the program they offer. Normally, going to a car lot with less than perfect credit is an embarrassing and humbling experience that leaves you feeling like scum, BUT THAT IS NOT THE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL HAVE HERE! Never once did Coto or Larry or any of the ladies at Byrider treat me as less than their most important and valued customer of the day. I was never shamed or embarrassed, and no one pushed me to buy anything. Both the sales people and the closing manager made sure I was not only in love with my choice, but that I understood the program, and could comfortably afford my choice! If you are like me and don't have the best credit, but still need a reliable, affordable car, don't think twice about giving them a call. You won't regret it! And you will walk out of there whether you purchase or not, feeling like a valued customer.

Just purchased a vehicle here. Had an amazing experience. Everything was explained in detail. No stone was left unturned. When I left i knew exactly what I was paying , tag fees are due when they get to the location and the warranty is amazing. Most used vehicles are as is anywhere else. Can I just start off by saying this office has an awesome team!!! But Maria and Larry were absolutely phenomenal. Maria went out of her way to make sure that I was happy and satisfied and accommodated, she got into a great car! Larry was very understanding of my situation and didn’t judge me he as well went out of his way to make sure I was happy and completely understood my contract. This was a wonderful experience and I am very happy with this location! Ask for Maria she will get u in a great car!!!
