2010 Ford Edge SE

Was a little wary to begin with due to not many reviews/location not being at the Anaheim address listed but TLDR everything is good. Will update if my car has hidden issues come up. Read more below. Easy to work with, no haggling, gave me a price LOWER than the list price for my Ioniq EV. Ended up being about on target for the KBB fair valuation of the vehicle. Did my best to do my homework: mechanical / collision inspection met him & car @ Los Alamitos. Asked Bob to get service records for more details, since I saw it was serviced at a local Cerritos dealership. I had to clear a known issue with Hyundai coolant crystalizing in EV's and turns out I'm good. Zooming out: You're going to take your time to haggle with a dealer in current conditiosn but you have more peace of mind if it's CPO'd. OR if you go 3rd party, pricing is likely better but you gotta cover your six to minimize chance of surprises. Always do your homework and default to "trust but verify" but if no issues pop up, my review will stay as is. Bob gave me a great deal that was right on KBB's valuation of the car. All the dealers mark it up at the high or outside the fair valuation and as other reviews say. It truly is quick and painless dealing with Bob.
