We recently purchased a car for our oldest daughter who is in her early twenties and we had a great experience with Ozzy and his crew. The car we bought was in great condition and they gave us a warranty in case there were issues after the fact (we haven't had any.) We didn't haggle over the price as we felt it was fairly priced as is. We had gotten financing before we arrived but my daughter had apparently not completed the application all the way and she didn't have the letter we needed to finalize her loan. It was late on Saturday so we couldn't deal with it until the following Monday but Ozzy and his crew were incredibly patient while we tried to solve the problem with our lender, then got us hooked up with one of their lenders so we could get out the door that afternoon. On Monday we were able to go back to our original lender (with whom we had a better rate.) Needless to say we were in the dealership for quite a while and ended up working with a couple of different salesmen there but they worked together as a team to make sure we were well taken care of. My daughter was working with Yuri over the phone and he was there to help us when we arrived for our test drive and again when we returned later after deciding to purchase the vehicle and he was very professional and not pushy at all. During our whole car buying experience there was no pressure at all and Ozzy was on hand to oversee our purchase and help as needed because his crew was pretty busy that day. One of the best car buying experiences I have had and it was a great first experience buying a car for my daughter as well. Especially since I had spent a lot of time prepping her and warning her how most dealerships worked. I think Ozzy goes out of his way to look for used cars that are already in decent shape and he has a service team to there to look them over and take care of issues prior to listing and he was willing to provide service after the sale if needed. By operating ethically, with a great sales crew and without pressure he ensures his success. We have another daughter stepping into the car market and I would not hesitate to shop with them again.
