Bought a car today and couldn't be happier. I just finished returning a car to a different dealer I had a bad experience with, but when I went to Spencer, he was up front about having had the car fully inspected and gave me the number for the shop they work with so I could call and verify the condition. The condition was great, and I drove it a pretty good distance across a good variety of roads to get home. He explained all the costs related to financing, warranty, and contact insurance at my pace, was super honest, friendly, and completely fair. If you want a car and want to minimize the risk of a bad experience or over paying, keep an eye on this place. Would absolutely send my friends here. Might send my enemies to the place I went before though.
