Marsha Loveless is excellent to work with, answered all questions and has gone to great lengths to make sure we are comfortable with our new truck. We will be sure to work with her again.

While the wait from the factory seemed extra long, the time spent with the Quality folks made up for it. Marsha Loveless was always helpful with answering any questions and from the first meeting I felt the order was placed correctly and I would end with the pickup I really wanted. Marsha regularly sent me emails, usually "sorry, nothing new to report," but that meant she was keeping an eye on status. When the delivery date finally came, Marsha quickly got everything ready with a wash, basic checkup and full gas tank; met with my wife and me for some time to go over all the aspects of the new vehicle; and got us on the road to enjoy the new Maverick!

Austin is fantastic! Super nice and friendly, a very refreshing change from pushy car salesmen.
