2013 Ford Edge SEL

I bought my 2014 Nissans pathfinder about a month ago. The first day after driving off the lot home to Muskogee the motor blew about 15mins from my home on the turnpike. I immediately called told Kevin what happened and he responded “He was with another customer, he would call me back” So while I waited on that call I tried starting the car again, no start after about 2-3mins it started and I drive 40mph on the turnpike until I got home. Finally I called Kevin a few times and he didn’t answer but texted and said his boss was trying to contact me.. I wasn’t receiving any calls from the boss at all. About 30mins pass and I call Kevin he answers I let him know I haven’t got a call yet he ask for me number again I give it and still no call… 15mins later I call Kevin’s phone and the boss answers long story short They offered to repair it for an extra 1k, I agreed. After about 5-6 days I get my vehicle everything seems fine the engine light is still on for some minor issues but over all I am happy with my vehicle in total I spent 6400. So I honestly feel like some things should have been talked about like any known issues with the vehicle would have been great to know!! Communication takes you far!! Thank you Bailey auto!!!
