My husband and I have bought 2 cars from Tracy, and he has always gone above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. My son locked my keys in my car one day, and Tracy went out of his way to come help me get back into my car. Out of sheer kindness. He didn't have to, but he did. We are a nomadic family who have seen many types of towns with many types of crowds, and we all know the reputation of Hamilton/Middletown areas. Lol. When I say that this is an honest man, who won't come on too strong like a creepy clinger salesman, let it be known that this is the truth! Idk how we got so lucky, but we are super grateful to have had a business relationship with a really great dude. He is real. You won't find that anywhere else. If a vehicle isn't in decent condition, he will let you know. He works with you on realistic financial plans! What more can you ask for? Understand that this lot gets some of their vehicles from very well maintained police auctions. They're great & reliable vehicles. He also can refer you to one of the best mechanics around also (Terry's Automotive in Hamilton). If you have a bad experience with either of these guys, it's more than likely your own fault.

I have bought 3 cars from Lacey, he's is very fair and honest. Never pressures you. I can actually say he's the only used car salesman i trust. I'll with out doubt buy from him again.
