He was super friendly, easy to work with and not a vulture like most car salesman. He let the car sell itself. He explained all of the features on the car, left my husband and I alone with the car to sit it in, play with the gadgets and talk about the car. I feel we got a pretty good deal on the car. We had our own loan through our CU and he gave us NO hassle about it, didn't try and push a loan through him. He was not pushy or aggressive at all. He knew A TON about Mini's.
