I want to express how wonderful my experience was at Wyatt Ford… I am a proud owner of a 2024 Bronco Heritage and want to give a big thank you to Morgan who in the beginning was so helpful throughout the whole process and went out of her way to make I was taken care of… Also Mark Mesa the manager and Mike the finance manager made my experience easy and helped me make this a wonderful experience making a deal that worked for me and my finances. I absolutely love my new vehicle and so happy i chose Wyatt Ford everyone is kind and welcoming!!!

Just bought a used Tahoe I found on auto trader. Sent an inquiry and had a very quick response from Conner. He was great and made the purchasing process so simple. I was able to put a deposit down and have the car pulled from the lot same day. All via text. If you’re looking for a vehicle shop here first so easy to work with and very friendly.

Edit: After leaving the previous review, I was able to get help. They redid my oil change (they do not offer full synthetic). The price discrepancy was the difference between an oil change alone and "The Works" package, which includes a top-off of fluids and tire rotation, though the price online was for "The Works" package. They failed to top off my coolant, and I didn't realize it, so I'm to blame for that, but they did patch my tire for no charge. As for the HVAC, they referenced the same unrelated Service Bulletin pertaining to the recirculation light (which was not my concern), but it turns out that the way it was distributing air is considered normal operation, so the blame lies with Ford and not the service department, and I won't hold them to that. Original: I went in for my first oil change, and the price was higher than I was quoted during scheduling. I was informed that this was due to the use of full synthetic oil, which they claimed would be better for my engine. However, when I got the truck back, the oil level was at the very bottom of the dipstick's minimum mark, and the paperwork indicated that a synthetic blend was used. Additionally, there was oil spilled around the fill spout. Two of my wheels had their finish damaged, which was pretty disappointing but unfortunately typical. When they pulled up for pickup, the glove box and all of its contents were on the floor, and the cabin filter was missing. They did fix these issues before I left. The blower was getting louder as the speed decreased. I showed a video of the issue to the service writer upon drop-off, and they thought it sounded like a blend door getting stuck. I also mentioned that ever since this occurred, when I have it set to feet, it still blows air on my face. They said there was no issue and referenced a bulletin that stated this was normal operation, though the bulletin is about recirculating versus outside air. (The video posted here is at 2x speed.) Overall, I wouldn't recommend this service department.
