Bought a van from Mac’s. The salesman was down to earth and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. He provided me with John’s number in case anything happened. He stressed that John was the kind to make things right should anything go wrong. Bought the van and a few days later it started leaking a small amount of transmission fluid. I called John and he apologized and told me to bring it to his shop. I brought it by the next day and he replaced the lines at no cost, fixing the issue. This vehicle was bought “AS-IS” and he didn’t have to do this. It’s so hard to find honest people like this in the industry. I’m very pleased and would recommend Mac’s to anyone who is looking for a used car.
