Had an AC issue that ended up being more involved than originally expected and the Service Dept kept me updated as soon as they realized there was more than just a bad AC compressor. They worked quickly to get parts and get the vehicle back to me quickly after all parts arrived. Highly recommend Sharpnack.

Buying a vehicle through Sharpnack Chevy in Willard Ohio is a easy process. I called my sales rep prior to coming and told him what my wife was looking for. We arrived and the vehicles that we wanted to test drive were waiting for us. We test drove 3 vehicles and took a few days to decide what vehicle we wanted. I called the sales rep on a Monday morning and by 3:00 in the afternoon, we had the keys in our possession. Paperwork was painless and Mike the sales rep, went over every option on the vehicle.
