Large , comfortable, nice individual work spaces . Comfortable for a long wait . Clean bathrooms, Friendly staff , complimentary coffee. The only thing surprising : no complimentary snacks. There is a shop cafe where you can buy items. I have also two Audi’s and the audi dealer provides plenty of items and at no charge. With the cost of maintenance and repair I feel that there should be some complimentary items.
