Worked with Mitch here and was not disappointed. He didn’t BS me or tried to conceal any information. He also let me come after hours to see a car and then stayed an additional 3 hours after closing to work finance terms on my 2013 Elantra. The car is very clean and they put a lot of miscellaneous service work that I requested before I picked it up a couple days later. I highly recommend this business.

Ive had incredible luck with Moates. As an out of state buyer you typically run into questions that most local buyers dont have. Simply because you cannot see the car first hand. Ive always ran into an issue that when I showed up at other places to pick up my nice new car, its never what I expected it to be. Thats not the case with Moates. The staff there has been extremely forth coming and honest when it comes to small things like dings and scratches on a car. This way when I arrive, I know what to expect. My next car will come from here, its a drive but its one that I see as well worth the time. Thanks Moates for an awesome car buying experience!

I am proud to say how great these folks are! I had several repairs made to my car and I gotta tell you they were fast, really good, and most of all they treated me extremely well and they were very honest. I've had poor experiences with prior repair shops but here it was a great experience. I highly recommend their services and personel.
