My car broke down on a Friday 13+ hours from home and was told by multiple other companies that we wouldn’t be seen for 3wks. Joe in the service department went above and beyond to help me and my family to ensure we were all taken care of. He assisted me with multiple different options and told me he would try his hardest to get us in writhing the week and help us. He called to check up on us and assisted us with rental car options to get us home. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill Byrd Kia to everyone! Amazing service and you can tell they really care about their customers.
