2012 Ford Edge SEL

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. The salesperson, Eric, was very knowledgeable and helpful, without ever giving me the "hard sell", which would have sent me packing. We considered several different options, both new and used. When I came back to finish the deal and pick up the car, he took the time to show me all the controls and how to use them. Since it's been nearly 20 years since the last time I bought a car, there were many features that were new to me. I appreciated his patience. And I got a good deal.

Just purchased my 8th vehicle from Jim White Toyota. I have always been treated great by my sales associates and management. They go through everything thoroughly and make sure I know everything about my new cars. The other thing that keeps me coming back is their service department. They always call and let me know when I am due for my services and get me in extremely quick. I will always use Jim White Toyota for vehicle purchases and service.

Pam was wonderful! She was super hospitable and transparent. She made sure I was taken care of the whole way through. I brought my 2 year old son when I had to sign papers and she did her best to help me keep him busy through the process. Greg the finance manager was a really cool guy to offered his additional products that they offered but wasn't super pushy with them. Definitely will go back if ever in the future I am in need of a vehicle as long as they are around!
