2013 Ford Edge SEL

I just bought a very nice 2013 4Runner here at the auto spot. My experience with Dastaan and his team was excellent! There were a few bumps with my banking and they were more than accommodating and understanding! My wife got her dream car and we couldn’t have done it without Dastaans help! I was ready to upgrade my van. I saw my sienna listed , called, they were very kind and let me be first in line. The guys were very helpful and patient as I went through the process of financing my first vehicle !! Head light went out a few days later and I brought it back and they did me a solid ! This place is great. And I am looking forward to having my tune ups done by them for a good price. They even help me out with drop off and pick up ! Great experience! Highly recommend.

I purchased a vehicle from Dastaan a month ago. We got home and noticed that the truck had a few things not working properly. I was upset because I knew that as a used car purchase, The Auto Spot had no liability to perform the repairs. I texted Dastaan and he immediately called me back even though it was after hours. He put me at ease and promised to make the repairs at no charge. I dropped the vehicle off a few days later and everything was fixed as promised. A few weeks later we decided that the truck wasn't exactly what we wanted. I again contacted Dastaan and he agreed to give me a generous trade in for something different he had on the lot. Not only that, he coordinated an inspection with Toyota and offered to pick me up if needed. The truck passed inspection with flying colors and the new purchase was seamless. They had even put new tires on the truck because they know it is for my teenage son and I am concerned about safety. Dastaan and Joe were very kind and I can't say thank you enough. I am impressed and humbled by the compassion I witnessed and their commitment to making car buying a positive experience. I recommend The Auto Spot without reservation.
