For my first time buying a car they were amazing to work with. Super knowledgeable, could answer my questions right away. Very chill while I was looking at cars and let me look at my own time and pace. Even with me being their for a while they were kind and understanding especially Beth who helped me from the beginning with the process. I couldn’t be more thankful to have found this place and my car from them.

I started looking for a reliable used vehicle after my first car was rear-ended and declared a total loss. I found Bracken Motors through Autotrader when I was in search of another hatchback, I stumbled upon a beautiful VW Beetle and I was hooked. Scheduling to see the vehicle was effortless. Beth was very patient with me and helped guide me through the process of purchasing the car. They provide the Carfax! I did have an issue with the vehicle the day after buying it that required immediate attention, unfortunately this is a risk you take with any used car. I took the car to a VW specialist, they were able to get the part and repair same day and the issue was resolved. I had a full inspection done, the mechanic said everything else looked great. This vehicle is 14 years old and has been up north! Low mileage with 73,800 on the odometer, routinely serviced and well-cared for. What a fantastic find. Running smoothly now, I couldn't be happier with my new Volkswagen Beetle! She was absolutely worth the hassle. I'm completely in love with my bug, she has so much personality and is a lot of fun to drive. This shop is run by caring people and I feel that their vehicles are fairly priced.
