These are incredibly nice people who have a great reputation in this region. While waiting, I overheard customers from a nearby town with it's own Subaru dealership saying they love Armstrong enough to drive quite a distance to service here. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and skilled. It's actually enjoyable to come here. They made a fantastic deal on my car purchase and I love my Subaru!!

I've thoroughly enjoyed the service and honesty this team has provided to me and my Subaru for many years. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough, each and every one of their service technicians works quickly and efficiently and seems to be completely honest with their evaluations each and every time. I also go here for simple stuff like inspections and oil changes even though it is slightly out of the way for me because it just seems like they go above and beyond to make sure you drive away happy each and every time. If you have a Subaru and need a little extra TLC for it for any particular reason, this is your place.

Had a great experience with this dealership in Hickory. I was trying to get a very specific car and they went out of their way to help me order exactly what I wanted and kept me updated regularly on its progress. They were very fair with pricing and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had to date. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a Subaru.
