I got five repairs done on my car for under $700. The customer service here was fantastic. I had been to another place earlier in the week and they quoted me $1,475 for four of the five repairs that I got done at Scotties. At Scotties I felt like I was not being ripped off and Brian the guy that I spoke with was completely genuine. I will definitely be back
I've been dealing with Scotties on and off (if infrequently, thank goodness!) for 30+ years, and can tell you they're the best. Most recently I had a problem that they couldn't resolve because of a full schedule for months; however, Tony had me come in so he could give me a temporary fix, no charge. He also provided some good, sensible advice on options for proceeding in this weird time when it takes months to get parts and more months to get on the schedule with any body shop. These are definitely the people I want to deal with!
