UPDATE: 02/2024 I traded in the car and got a new one! I still love this dealership and love the car, its service department, and sales. If you are looking for a Ford service center and dealership, look no further! With great pleasure I recommend Tasca Ford. Specifically, Tony in sales, especially for recommending we speak with one of the managers of the service center, Brian. He is a man of his word. After having very poor experiences with other Ford dealerships in CT, we finally found the best in Tasca! We have a Mach-E and have had some issues and were considering a trade-in. I will NEVER return to where I bought her so went to Tasca to talk. Tony recommended we meet Brian. He promised to take care of us. Brian and his excellent techs diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes where other dealerships didn’t care and told me everything was fine. Thank you Tasca! This is the nicest car I have ever owned, and I’m confident service will no longer be an issue. We will be returning for both purchasing and service.
