2012 Ford Edge Limited

I bought a 2018 Honda Accord from Dream Motors. I am very happy with the car and customer service was excellent. A great choice for a used car.

I purchased a really clean looking 2013 car from Anthony. I took it for a test drive and looked under the car and under the hood. Everything looked really clean and worked fine - no problems. So Anthony made a fair deal with me. I was a bit nervous to purchase a car with more than 150k miles, so I purchased a 4-month extended warranty. As I drove off the lot, the check engine light and low tire pressure light went on. Cr@p! So I drove back to Dream Motors. Anthony used his car diagnostic tool to see why the light was going off. It didn't really give a lot of useful information (for non-mechanic folk like us). So since the car was on empty empty and the tires needed to be inflated, I told him I'd go fill up the tank and the tires and see if it solved the warning lights. So I drove to the nearest station, filled the tank and inflated the tires. The tire pressure light when off, so I drove it a couple miles to see if the CE light might resolve itself. No luck. So I drove it back to Anthony thinking, "I just got hornswoggled." The extended warranty had all kinds of limitations - doesn't cover electrical and had a $500 deductible or something like that. I pulled in and showed Anthony the light. I thought he'd say something like, "Yep. That's why the cars are sold AS-IS"... but instead he offered to have his mechanic look at it and fix it on his dime without dipping into my warranty or we could just cancel the whole purchase transaction. WOW! That's what I call customer service! I was not expecting that. He never tried to push it on me or make it difficult for me to just walk away. He just handed me my cash and said he'd get the car fixed and put it back up for sale and I could come try again. I highly recommend this place. In fact, later the same day - a Saturday - I saw another car in Craigslist that looked good and it was on his lot. I texted him if he was still there. He said no (they were closed), but he could be there in 10 minutes to show me that other car. It was like 6:30 and he came and opened up his lot, and let me look at the other car. It smelled like smoke, so I didn't buy it, but I wouldn't hesitate buying a car from Anthony at Dream motors.

Great customer service and quality cars. We have dealing with dream motors over 10 year and we are very satisfied. Highly recommended
