We had the best, most seamless experience at Scott! This is our second purchase with them. A great deal on a last minute find, meant dragging our 6 year old and 20 month old to the dealership, which was not ideal. Not only was the whole staff welcoming to our whole family, staff that weren’t busy played with our kids, talked with them, and were not bothered by their noise. We felt at ease with the whole upfront, QUICK, and relaxed process in buying a used car. I don’t like dealerships normally, but I’ll go back to Scott for my car purchases always. The service was exceptionally amazing here! They repaired what we brought the car in for, which was a recall. They gave us a loaner car because they had to do a diagnostic test on it free of charge! They also did the inspection on it because that was coming up. They kept in touch about what the car needed, and got consent before doing any work to it. The people we worked with were so kind. Best customer service we have received in a long time. Thank you so much Scott Honda!
