From start to finish, Eddie & everyone at Great Cars & Trucks were friendly, helpful and the best - honest! When we got our truck home, we found there was something wrong with the heater core. We called Eddie and he said bring it right in and we’ll take care of it…and they did. It is sometimes scary buying a used vehicle, but Great Cars and Trucks made it a really great experience. Due to being an idiot and getting a DUI about eleven years ago, I've been immobile for the past ten years. I finally was able to afford a used vehicle so I came here on a co-workers recommendation, and I'm so glad I did!! Frank was eager to help me and provided me the Carfax report on the vehicle I was interested in, and answered any question I could come up with. They agreed to my offer within minutes of making it, and went above and beyond, by suggesting a breathalyzer place down the road. They even held my new to me car for a couple of days, and even DROVE IT TO THE IGNITION INTERLOCK SHOP FOR ME so I could get one installed!! I now have my license, and am completely legit on the road!! Eddie even called days later to make an appointment with me to fill out the rest of the paperwork and check and see if I was still happy with my purchase! Thanks goes out to many people to help get me back on the road, ESPECIALLY these wonderful guys! (And the office secretary, who called me to let me know the cost of my tags while she was out at the MVD!) Thanks guys!! I couldn't be happier!
