Wonderful dealership! Was looking for a certified used Ford and I am so happy I came to Germain Ford. Sarah was lovely to work with and she made the buying process simple and painless! The day after I bought my car I realized that I had run over some staples after leaving the dealership. The service department got me right in the same day and removed the staples free of charge.
