The service department went well above and beyond to help us get our car up and running! Went out to go to the store before work and my car would not start. We are a single car family, and also very new to the area! Called Pocahontas sales and service to see if they by chance did a jump service to get our car running in order to get it to the shop to see what’s wrong! They were happy to help! They came to our home, put a batter pack on the car got it started and drove it into the shop! Figured out it was just the battery and a super simple fix. They replaced the battery and got us on our way! This whole thing took under 4 hours in total. From the car not starting to getting the car back! We were able to get to work on time and everything! Can not praise and thank them enough for going above and beyond to get us in and on our way!
