I had a great experience buying a car here, despite my misgivings about buying a car sight unseen. Jacob at Forthright worked with me long distance, including a video walk through of the car, emailing documents back and forth, and even driving it to meet me halfway for pickup. Jacob and Mark's communication was prompt and transparent. And, the car was priced fairly. Even though they are out of state for me, I will definitely be checking their inventory when it comes time for another car!
Both Mark (owner) and Jacob were incredibly gracious and accommodating to my specific needs. They patiently bent over backwards to make sure my financial and transportation needs well exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The salesman, Jacob, was super chill, no pressure with the exception of getting me to speak my needs, which served me well. They were flexible, friendly and surprised me with what I could afford. I drove off that lot with a new gently used car that I have confidence in with a giant smile on my face. A wonderful privately owned company that gave me a fresh experience in buying a car. The day after I had a horrible accident on I-40 and totaled my car I drove by forthright Auto and just stopped in. Thomas was there and showed me an incredible little SUV. I took it for a test ride with my sister and fell in love with it. I was able to do every single bit of the paperwork right there with Thomas. What an incredible experience. After being so jostled by a horrible accident Thomas was so kind and brought a lightness to it and I was able to finish up my paperwork with a smile on my face. No pressure excellent music and when I asked Thomas if it was the lowest price he could go I didn't realize that Mark gave me a $3,000 break. They were so funny Thomas and Mark and so kind. If anyone in my family or friends are looking for a vehicle, this will be the place I recommend always. I'll be changing my mechanic also. I have such a cool new car a Grand Vitara and I feel frigid fantastic. I love you guys you really the process of Breeze. Thank you, thank you, love you.
