2011 Ford Edge SEL AWD

The best!!! We are so grateful to Travis and Lane at Hwy 38 Towing and Repair. We were on I-90 pulling our 5th wheel RV on vacation. We were in two-way construction traffic and it was pouring rain. Our windshield wipers went bonkers on us, one crossed the other and they stopped working. We could barely see. We were able to exit to Salem SD and found HWY 38 Towing via Google and liked their reviews Lane immediately knew how to fix the wipers and got to work. However we had some antifreeze leakage in our engine (22 yr old diesel truck) which had concerned us that morning. Travis and Lane looked everything over and with our approval got to work finding parts to fix the problem. But parts not available until the next day. Travis set us up with an RV hookup to his building next door, and we spent the night in our RV there while they worked tirelessly on our truck. Travis even drove to Sioux Falls to get the needed parts the next morning instead of waiting for the noon delivery of the parts. All the while Travis’ basement had been flooding from rain and roads were closing because of flooding. They went above and beyond for us to get us back on our way, and the bill for all of it was MORE than reasonable. Extremely nice people!!! Travis said his main objective was to get us back on our trip ASAP. My husband, who is not easily impressed, was VERY impressed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

These guys are the greatest! They came and got us at 8pm Saturday evening. Lane worked till 11pm on our van. On Sunday which was Mother's Day, Travis picked up the needed part in Sioux Falls. They did everything in their power to get us back on the road as soon as possible. They could have left us at the shop till 9 am Monday morning, but they sacrificed time with their families to get us on the road to see my wife's elderly mother and other family. When it came time for the bill, they were MORE than reasonable especially for all the after hours work they did. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys!

Woke up to a dead batteries at 4:30 am at the coffee cup in Hartford SD. One of their drivers on his way back to their shop happened to pull into the truck stop. I asked if he would be able to help me out…he did and got my truck going in short order. Price was reasonable and I was really thankful for the assistance. Good people and they deserve your business.
