We needed a truck... like yesterday's asap. Went to Capital Auto, found assistance waiting for us outside on a cold day (they knew when we were coming), and met every single roadblock possible with purchasing a vehicle. Jamie was amazing with coming up with solutions, offered great support and even went to get us some refreshments from the store while we tried to make it happen.
