My fiancé and I had been looking for a larger car for our family and happened to stop into Mark’s on a whim during quick trip into town. We test drove the vehicle at 1pm, drove home with it that same evening after a SUPER smooth and easy car buying process. Steve was so easy to work with, to chat with, he even stayed in office late for us to come pick up the car when it was convenient for us. It was genuinely such a nice dealership experience.
Imma tell ya what! Was totally nervous walking into a dealership by myself and not expecting the warm welcome I got from the staff. I would highly recommend them if you're a first time buyer. Better yet Steven knows his vehicles and the process he went through to do the sale. And explained everything!! Kudos to you guys!! Thank you so much for making this process so easy.
