Hello , To whom ever is looking to read a realistic honest review ! This is my first time leaving a review for pakland auto sales . This is the second time I’ve been a customer . 5 years ago I got a Ford Fusion from the dealer Umer great price . Beyond beautiful condition . passed inspection ran great had awesome mileage for a used car and still after 5 years runs and looks good it’s all about how you take car of your car . This year I needed another as the previous car is no longer mine , so I went back to parkland auto as a returning customer! This time I got a Volvo good mileage good condition I love it I got it looked at it passed inspection and all the diagnostic test they do to make sure there is nothing wrong with the car it’s great condition also ! We will care for this car just like our others and hopefully it will last a few years and we will be successful with it . He gave us a great deal . Umer is extremely polite I have never had a problem with him like I read in the comments ! My experience he takes peoples feelings and safety into consideration the man wants good business and good feed back he’s not like other dealers who will use you for money and put your life in danger just for profit he try’s to maintain great service for good reviews and wants what’s best for his customers the most he can . You need to understand that these are in fact used vehicles there is always a risk when buying a used car the dealer is not responsible for giveing them brand new engines unless it blows up as soon as you get it even then it’s replaced with a motor with the same mileage as last . Makeing it completely new just for you isn’t gonna happen they do what they can if they are good dealers . it is in fact a used car they do what they can to make sure it’s qualified and works if they are professional . You’ll always have a risk with what you can afford when it comes to used cars . Bring them to get looked at and keep up with the maintenance like needed for it and it should be okay but don’t ever expect a brand new car with no problems at all they will always come up there is a lemon law and if something’s wrong in the first two months or so or under a certain amount of mileage from when you got it you can POLITELY address it with the dealer ! And I stress that because listen no one likes a entitled person who thinks they can treat someone bad just because things didn’t go they way they wanted and want to blame before just asking for help and explaining what’s goin on with the car . His temper goes off how you treat him like any other human have some common sense and don’t take the comments you read littoral he’s not just gonna be mean that’s ridiculous . He helpped us with what he could and my husband and I appreciated being his customer's . We’re happy with the car and so far so good one this one just like the last . Remember that with every bad comment there are several happy customers who didn’t bother commenting just like I didn’t with my first one . No matter where you go someone’s gonna be unhappy . Grey Jackson motors in charlton sold a car no title no plates and it blew up three days later on the road with my children in the car and we could have died I traded in my old car for scrap and they took it knowing it wasn’t drivable and resold that one also and I got a letter in the mail he sold it with our old plates and the person was critically injured in ct in a accident and car was totaled Gery Jackson motors not only endangered my babies life’s but mine and we could have died it was traumatic but also someone else’s for profit . Pakland auto is nothing like that and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a good condition used car .
