As the owner of a Dodge conversion van that it’s handicap assessable, I soon realized that the service that I was required to receive on my vehicle left me going round-trip of approximately about 150 miles being told that these type of vehicles should be serviced by the dealership in which it was purchased! I couldn’t understand what the difference would be having an oil change air filter and cabin filter replaced would be any different. Going to a Dodge dealership, especially in price comparison. After speaking with Garrett Brackins, he reassured me that the services have been performed on other handicap assessable vans, and guaranteed that I would be satisfied, and if there was any infractions or possibilities that would keep the service from being completed, they would, indeed let me know upfront. I am happy to announce, I go half the distance and add a more reasonable cost and feel very confident that I’m getting the best quality of care for the maintenance of my conversion van. Garrett is friendly straightforward and doesn’t have any hesitations about answering any questions of concern, I definitely will be returning! Thank you, Garrett.
