2013 Ford Edge Limited AWD

The service department is AMAZING! They where able to do a warranty motor replacement crazy fast! Along with some additional parts. We had to wait for parts to arrive via boat (nothing they can control) and they where awesome in keeping me up to date, answering questions, etc... This was the absolute best car service experience I have ever had. I only wish they could service my non-Infiniti vehicles!

A valet came to my house at the right time to drive my Infinity to Lynnwood for an oil change, car wash and vacuum. Later in the day, I received a text message to advise me that a Serpentine belt should be replaced. I approved the it. The vehicle was returned, I was happy with everything being completed, and that I did not have to sit and wait at the dealership. Great service. Thank you
