Update: The vehicle was moved into the shop today, and the problem was promptly identified. An urgent order for the necessary parts has been placed to expedite the repair process. Teresa from the service department has demonstrated exceptional professionalism and has consistently provided me with updates since the vehicle was moved to the shop. Although there was an initial delay in getting it into the shop, I am pleased with the prompt assistance and overall service I have received thus far.
Purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Levi. Got it home and noticed a few paint chips around the vehicle. They took it back in and fixed them at no charge. Easy transaction. So far so good on the newer vehicle.
When I received the recall letter I was not happy. I work full time, this week was VBS and we are preparing for vacation. So when Hobson told me they could send a technician to my home..well that was a life saver!! He was very nice, quickly got the job done. Couldn't have expected more than that. Thank you Hobson for making a difference in my busy schedule.
