2014 Ford Edge Limited AWD

Great place. Good people. I bought a used truck. I found a small problem on a test drive and it was fixed the next day. I had the car two days when the check engine light came on. Corey had it fixed that week. I understand used cars aren't perfect, and everyone at Charles Auto made sure i was taken care of. Id definitely recommend this business.

Was looking for a modest vehicle for my daughter's first car - which is a pretty stressful experience. Couldn't spend a ton - but also wanted something reliable. I met with Corey at the dealership and he was exceptional. He was extremely responsive and acted with integrity in our interactions. Test drove the vehicle a couple times, and there were a couple small issues that he had taken care of immediately. With used car dealerships it's always tough to tell who to trust - but I can wholeheartedly recommend Charles Auto Sales!
