I don’t normally leave reviews but I had such an easy and flawless experience leasing a new Forte at LaFontaine Kia of Ann Arbor. I am a new grad and wanted to look into getting a new vehicle so this was the first time I have ever bought/leased something of my own. I was nervous but I worked with Kam and he made it such a great experience. I called a few days ahead to see what I could do ahead of time and set up an appointment. With that, I was in and out in 2 hours. The whole team made it a great experience and I am looking forward to continue working with them regarding my lease. Ask for Kam if you want a pro-customer, no pressure experience.

I have to say that Kam and Heather really took something that I was incredibly stressed out about and made it easy and almost fun lol. They literally handled me with kid gloves and discussed every detail and made buying my new Kia really really really easy and stress-free. Her name is Violet and “Steve” approves!
