2009 Ford Flex LIMITED AWD

Years ago, while coming back from Ohio I saw the Telegraph Auto Sales car lot and decided to check it out. Yes, some vehicles needed repairs, but this is one reason the prices are lower. Other dealers go through the car to fix the obvious, but they jack the price up to pay for it. The one thing that really impressed me was the owners “husband and wife” were very kind and respectful. Last year I decided to downsize my truck and remembered this lot and how kind they were and decided to check them out. Found an expedition I was interested in, and yes, I found a few mechanical issues, but what they wanted for it was well worth it knowing what it would cost me if there was none. The body was solid. When I went inside to talk to them, they again were very kind and respectful, and in today’s world that means a lot. I bought the vehicle, did the repairs and am very happy I purchased it. Even though I was miles away I drove my payments out to them, just to get out of the city, and it was nice to see their smiles and kindness. Last week I paid it off early. All three family members expressed their gratitude to me as a customer and said they would be happy to help me out in the future if needed. Yes, I would consider purchasing another vehicle from them in the future and they will be my first stop if looking for a used car. I might even just stop by to say hello one day just to have my day brighter with their smile and kindness. We need more of that now days.

My husband purchased a car a few days ago and the experience was awesome!!!! We test drove what he wanted and he was satisfied. Left a small deppsit and went back the next day to seal the deal. We will continue to do business. Amazing office staff! Thanks Amanda!!!!

Took my son here to look at the vehicles. They had no problem allowing him to test drive as many as he wanted and we went a couple of times until he found the one he wanted. The employees were always helpful. Would recommend Telegraph Auto to anyone searching for a used vehicle.
