2016 Ford Flex SEL AWD

Nick my sales person was amazing he went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle. However when speaking with the sales manager I felt that he was fast talking me I wasn't really trying to work with me although I had already spoken with Finance person let me know that the paperwork that I had was good enough to move forward with the transaction. I felt as if he was not listening and that if he would have just listen then it wouldn't have prolonged the process and made it seem as if he didn't want me to be a customer of the dealership. The finance guy I missed the Walker was amazing he went above and beyond to make sure that the process went through smoothly. There was also another Finance guy I can't remember his name however that assisted and helping me move the transition of all smoothie as well. Overall I'm dealing with my sales person it was great. Even the guy that transported me from my home to the dealership was great. I thought it was nice of him to come when he seen me and asked me if everything was going okay. I think this dealership has heard a bunch of people that is willing to go above and beyond to help the person feel like they deserve to be in the vehicle that they're trying to purchase excluding the sales manager.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of customer care at the GMC dealership in Troy, MI service department. I have visited this service department numerous times and have consistently received exceptional treatment. Kyle Haley, the service manager, ensures that I always have a 10 out of 10 experience. It's evident that he genuinely cares about his customers. Having also visited other GM service departments in the metro Detroit area, I can confidently say that Kyle and his team are a cut above the rest.

I went into this dealership to explore leasing options. I was helped by Ben M. who was relentless in getting me the help I needed. His communication and response time was excellent and he ended up getting me into a nicer car I didn’t expect to walk away with, but still within my budget. I really enjoyed the customer care I received and look forward to going back here.
