2013 Ford Flex SEL AWD

Amazing vehicle buying experience! Mickie did a great job showing us around the lot and allowing us into the vehicles and offering test drives. Jess helped us work out the financial portion of the deal so we are walking away with a dream vehicle. LT went above and beyond finishing a project on the vehicle we were interested in so we could test drive it. They have had great communication with us and have worked with us on any concerns we have had. I honestly don't have a single complaint! The office was very clean and they were patient since we had our young kids with us. Highly recommend! 10/10 experience!

Overall a good experience, I have no complaints. We recently purchased a pickup, they were willing to negotiate within a reasonable amount and addressed two of the concerns we had in a timely manner. 2 days after the purchase we had an issue with front end components, they were not easily noticed issues that can be caught unless you put some miles on the pickup on various road conditions. I called the staff and they were more than happy to correct these issues and handled it in a reasonable amount of time All components in question replaced and the pickup aligned. Reasonable, accomodating and stood by their sale even after they were paid.

Tess was amazing!!! I was just looking for some information to start. But she gave me a call and we worked on getting me approved. She got me into my first car!! And not only did she take care of me exceptionally, she also made sure my car was covered as well. I definitely would recommend reaching out to Tess if you are looking to get a car!
