2019 Ford Flex SEL AWD

My old Toyota Matrix was still running great, but the New England weather took a toll on my 17 year old companion. Rust! I am frugal and very picky. After hours and hours of research I found a 2013 Honda CRV, AWD at Motor City Automotive. Miles were low, price was fair! I decided to drive almost two hours to check out the car. Tom is very welcoming and positive. I believe he had my best interest and wanted to make sure I pick the right car and that I am safe in the winter. He cared like a father would. In order to finance my car, Curt did a great job and worked hard in finding the best deal for me. I 100% recommend this dealership and I will be back for future needs.

I have bought many cars in my lifetime, New and used. I was searching for a reasonably priced safe vehicle for my 18 year old daughter. I found a car here that fit the bill perfectly. The best part was the buying experience. Gary and Tom were awesome! Tom knew what our financial position was and he was able to accommodate us with what met our needs (no pressure sales techniques at all). Not only that, Tom got my daughter set up with a first time buyer's loan through a local credit union. This is above and beyond because this allows my daughter to start building credit at young age. VERY impressed! I went in with a deal just about locked in at another dealership...and I told Tom at Motor City this up front. The only issue holding me back at the other place was lack of trust and integrity. Earlier in the week i had already scheduled a meeting with Motor City the same day I was ready to close the deal at the other. I was ready to cancel but Tom asked what I had to lose - true! So that got me in there...and boy am I glad I did! The other place I felt like it was just another sale to them. At Motor City, I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. Tom was very open, candid and personable. After looking at the truck I was interested in and taking it for the test drive I knew I had a difficult choice ahead of me. This was the one that I wanted...the one at the other place would have been just settling. I know the ultimate goal of any dealer is to make a sale. But at Motor City they took it to another level - they wanted to EARN my business...and in the end they certainly did! A couple of times while doing the numbers I was ready to walk, I just didn't think it was going to work out. They asked me to hold tight with them while they continued to work on their end, and I'm glad I did because ultimately we worked it out together and were able to finalize a deal. And let me just say I am ecstatic that they worked with me to get the truck I wanted. Keep in mind not every transaction is the same. What happened with me may not happen with you, every circumstance is different. I assure you my review here is 100% honest, true and legitimate.
