I had a very good experience at Sexton Ford this week. I've been looking for the past few months for a specific used minivan with under 90,000 miles that was within my budget. I was driving through Sexton's lot a couple of weeks ago and saw a van that might work, but that van was not the one for me. Their salesman Damien took down my name and number and said he'd contact me if he saw a van with the mileage and options that I'm looking for. He called me two weeks later, said they just took in a van on trade and this van might be what I'm looking for. I went by later that day and that van was exactly what I was looking for, a 2016 van with 80,000 miles and it's in my price range. Since the van was just traded in earlier that day it had not had a chance to go through mechanical inspection yet. When I test drove the van it had a couple small issues but they were more than happy to resolve those issues before I purchased the van. We negotiated a final price and I picked up my van the next day. As I mentioned previously overall it was a good experience and Damien did a great job. I travel for and I searched dealerships all over the state of Illinois looking for this van. And thanks to Damien I no longer have to drive through dealerships every night.
