Our salesman, Anthony, was amazing to deal with, friendly, low pressure, professional, knowledgeable and accomodating! We purchased a 2008 Lexus SC430 and are extremely satisfied with the car and the whole buying experience. In addition to the car we bought, RPM Motors has an inventory of several other really cool used cars. Lisa, the finance manager, was also very easy to work with!

*Let us start off by saying that we do not know these people from Adam and we were not offered an incentive of any kind to leave this review.* We have chosen to leave this review because the reviews of their other customers allowed us to feel safe enough to continue exploring doing business with RMP Motors. So, in the spirit of paying it forward and in the spirit of giving credit where credit is due, we would like to share our experience with RPM. If you are looking for a used car buying experience focused on honesty, competency, and attending to your needs (to the best of their ability of course) you may not find a better place to fulfill those needs ANYWHERE.PERIOD. The level of customer service and professionalism was on par with and arguably better than a highly specialized luxury brand dealership. If it is not common to find quality people, driven seemingly by their integrity alone. It is even less common to find multiple of them working under the same roof. We are happy to elaborate in greater detail on our experiences and happy to provide specifics. We were out of state buyers. The communication was perfection. Being out of state, Steve encouraged an inspection and provided us with pre-purchase inspection provider options. One provider Steve referred us to was Lenny. Lenny was so thorough it was unreal. Such transparency was refreshing. We worked closely with Steve, but all team members were available to answer any questions we could think of. It was easier doing business with this team across state lines than most places across the street! Unbelievable! Steve is warm, intelligent, and professional. A true gentleman, an honorable individual, and a gifted communicator. We found Lisa to be very much the same. Both of them were knowledgeable and dependable beyond belief. Whomever makes final decisions on negotiations seemed to be open and reasonable. Did we mention the car is more than beautiful and capable with an amazing vehicle history and overall condition? I Highly recommend RPM and their team when looking for your next vehicle. Steve was super helpful and took the time to answer all questions and provide answers, documents, and photos I asked for. Lisa was helpful and informative while closing the deal. RPM made purchasing the vehicle from another state as pleasant and worry free as possible. Every detail about the vehicle had been presented prior to making the drive out. We were pleased to find that after 6 hours on the road, the vehicle was Exactly as described and pictured by Steve. We were even more pleased when the vehicle safely drove us back home without any issues. I will definitely be reaching out to RPM in the future when it is time to look for the next vehicle.
