I very rarely leave reviews, however Melissa Wilbanks at All Star Ford is most deserving of one! My wife and I ordered an Expedition Max back in July, equipped the way we wanted it, with no obligation to purchase when it arrived. Melissa kept us informed along the build process and it was delivered in the time frame promised. When we arrived to look at it, Melissa had the vehicle parked by the showroom and ready to drive. She was very personable and professional. She explained everything and addressed all our questions. You can tell she really cares about her customers and their buying experience. It was one of the most seamless transactions we had experienced. Right from the moment we walked into the dealership, everyone we interacted with were amazing. We will definitely be coming back and referring everyone we know to Melissa Wilbanks and All Star Ford!

This is the third vehicle we've purchased at All Star. The process was made pretty easy dealing with the team there and Melissa worked hard at answering questions then setting up the vehicle after purchase. We've had good service there also. They make it easy to stay local.
