I called Spradley (having never visited their dealership) because I had a lease on my 2021 Forte coming to an end, as well as a 2018 Sportage that I was trying to roll into a bigger car for my family. Devon picked up the call and from that day, he answered every text promptly, worked the deal professionally, and did all he could to make all of my requests work out. I probably wasn’t the easiest customer - I haggled and tried to get everything I could on my side and Devon continued to accommodate. We ended up leaving with the purchase of a beautiful 2024 Sorento that fits the entire family. I would send any of my family or friends to Devon to buy their next car. He’s an A+ person and salesman.

Was not expecting having to purchase a new vehicle, but the one we had unfortunately went out on us. Jay was our salesman and was helpful and honest and picked out an amazing vehicle that would suitable for our family. Everyone we worked with at Spradley were genuine and helpful.
