Chris (service advisor) Javier (technician) These guys are awesome! Took our Honda Civic in for warranty repair and Chris took care of the entire process! All we did was drop the car off and Chris took care of the rest. Got the warranty repair approved, He called with updates during the repair process, he is friendly and genuinely wants customers to feel comfortable and to have a good experience. Excellent customer service. Javier was the technician who diagnosed and repaired our car. I had a chance to talk to him and was impressed with his professionalism, very knowledgeable and he got the job done not only fast, but perfectly! Great guy, honest and trustworthy. All in all probably the absolute BEST experience I've EVER had bringing a vehicle in for repairs. When I go to Honda of San Marcos, Chris and Javier are my guys! A+

Went to Honda of San Marcos, to just take a glance. Ernesto Sanchez walked out and greeted us. Not a typical salesman pitch, not pushy. Just answered all of our questions with patience, and took the time to find a great vehicle for our family. Informed of us of the lifetime powertrain warranty with the purchase of a new vehicle. Decided on a 2024 Honda Odyssey. Ernesto made the entire process easy and simple and when we made it into the finance office to finish the paperwork the entire process took no time and they informed of us the different maintenance packages that were offered but not one time did they push anything else on us or we felt overwhelmed by what was offered. Probably the easiest/fastest process that I’ve personally been through by far compared to any other dealership and they did not skip out on the customer service. Would highly recommend!
