My Fiance and I came into this dealer with the intention of just looking with little hope of getting a car but with no hesitation our salesmen Jose Rubio treated us with the upmost respect of all time and took care of us knowing it was less than a hour before closing along with all of the Wilkins Mazda group. I would totally recommend this spot for anyone looking to get into a New or Used Mazda. Jose recommended us actions to take for the best possible outcome and we came out of that dealer with a 2026 CX-50 Hybrid and comfortable numbers. Yesterday, I visited this location with a specific car in mind. I was greeted by Dave Glas and from the moment we met, I knew I was in great hands. He was very thorough and knowledgable which helped reassure me that I was in the right place. He also has a great sense of humor which is quite the plus during those long waits LOL! Finance Manager Luis was also absolutely incredible. He gave great advice, he was patient, and very thorough when going over cost and next steps. I was well taken care of and both of them were happy to ask nay questions I had. At no point was a I rushed or overlooked. My concerns were heard and addressed and I left with the biggest smile. This was easily the most pleasant, stressfree, and seamless experience I have ever had while purchasing a car. This is definitely THEE place to go if you're looking for a car in this area. Great experience overall. I could not be happier. My salesman, Jose R. was excellent from start to finish. He did not rush me through the process. I was undecided between two different models, and Jose set me up to test drive both SUVs so I could decide and explained the difference between the two in great detail, so I could choose the model that I liked best. Frank, the manager went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted. Randy was awesome also. He did all the paperwork. He walked me through it and explained everything as he had me sign. I will definitely be back when it’s time for an upgrade or when it’s time for my kids to get their own cars. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you all very much
