From start to finish I would say I had a good experience. The two young ladies sitting at the front desk were very pleasant. I mostly interacted with Madeline, who was great. Kyle and Adam were both great as well. The vehicle I purchased was fairly priced and clean. I appreciate no additional fees, like other dealerships. The business model for this dealership is fantastic. Anyone could appreciate the fact that no salesman will hassel you throughout the looking or test drive journey. Will possibly return to purchase another vehicle, as I have a college bound student in the coming years.

From first contact to receipt of the vehicle, it was an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Brown and the Donohoo team. This has been the best dealership I've worked with so far. At a time when many others look for every opportunity to nickle and dime customers for everything, Donohoo is the Gold standard for what a car dealership experience should be. They have a no pressure sales team with a very easy test drive process. Kyle was great to work with during my car search. This is my 3rd car purchase from this dealership. Would highly recommend.
