I took my car in 3 days ago for normal service, and my advisor who ended up helping me (Matt) made everything so smooth! I have a older model Sonata and just needed an oil change, and Matt was able to get me in and out with ease. He also mentioned how my front suspension was pretty worn out, but told me a good window of time I had to take care of it as it was not an immediate issue. I was surprised with the transparency of Matt and also my technician who sent a multipoint inspection video straight to my phone. Matt answered all my questions and was very kind. I recommend anyone thinking of getting their car serviced to come in and ask for Matt as he gave me a much better experience then previous dealerships I've been with.
