I’ve very rarely ever left a vehicle dealership feeling good about anything but that changed with this one. Everybody here was amazing. No complaints, just an easy car-buying experience thanks to Allen McCloud. This is my first time looking at Fords and he went over all the trim levels and give me a chance to test drive different ones to ensure I was happy with the selection. They offered me a fair deal on my trade-in, with Dick Masheter’s offer being significantly higher than both CarMax and Carvana. Tyler in F&I office was also great. Is it the fanciest car dealership ever? No, but I’d rather have the easy sales experience over a beautiful showroom.
I never write a review, however this is by far the best location to go to when looking for a new or used vehicle , Five Star goes to Mykal, Ryan, Bill and Sam working with each of them was such a pleasure everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable they ensure all your concerns and questions are answered and you never feel like your just another sale.
