Fantastic Experience from Start to Finish! I had an absolutely amazing experience during my recent visit! A huge shout-out to Nero, my sales representative, who was incredibly respectful of my preferences and budget constraints. His professionalism and dedication made the shopping process a breeze. Phill was also instrumental in making everything come together; he offered me a fantastic warranty package that was just too good to pass up. And let’s not forget Pam — she truly was the cherry on top! She made the signing process absolutely seamless and hassle-free. I am thoroughly impressed by the team’s coordinated effort to provide exceptional service. I’m definitely planning to return here for my future needs. I have leased several new cars from Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers. Top Notch...!! I've been leasing new cars for almost 40 years. It's what works for me. I've always been able to make Great Deals wherever I am leasing, even at Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers!! I am a Hard Negotiator. I do my research before going in. I already know my monthly payment before I walk through the door... You can go to most any dealership and make a great deal on a lease when well equipped. You can typically negotiate a great deal even with a not-so-great sales agent. But!! At Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers, you can negotiate a Great Deal with a Great Sales Agent. All of my transactions there were handled by Chris Tiernan with the exception of the very first time. Chris's Father leased me my first Benz and shortly after, he retired. Having the best agent makes all the difference in the world!! Chris inherited all of his Father's Remarkable Skills and Intelligence. But, even more importantly, Chris possesses his Father's Compassionate Grace and Kindness... It's been a few years since I've been to Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers. I'm not even sure if Chris is still working there. If he is, and you are in the market for a Mercedes Benz, look for him. Again, I've been leasing new cars for a very long time. I've never made a lease deal on a new vehicle so quickly as I did every time at Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers.... When doing a lease return and trading keys for another Benz, the process is even faster.... Looking forward to my next visit!! Did someone say SL 63...??

Honestly have to say my experience with this dealership was superb. Bought a vehicle out of state and had planned to transport to Texas. The process was smooth and they were absolutely transparent with their price. Service during and after the sale has also been fantastic from their sales guy Glen. I think I may have found the most professional and competent car sales guy in the United States…. Bottom line, I would use these guys again if they had a car I wanted to purchase.
