I always have had great service @ East Coast. David & Allen always take great care in explaining cost and services rendered. I do think the cost is quite high. Coupons don’t seem to be enough. Being quoted 50k mile checkup over $1000 is questionable. This is my 3rd car from East Coast. Would like it to continue. KR
